Asher's Dream Affiliate Program – Terms of Use

By registering as an affiliate with Asher's Dream, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Commission & Payouts

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales (product subtotal only, excluding shipping and taxes). Commissions are issued after the referred order is fulfilled. Payouts are processed via PayPal once your account balance reaches a minimum of $20. Asher's Dream reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable advance notice.

2. Affiliate Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by Asher's Dream. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to decline or revoke affiliate status at our discretion.

3. Account Holder Verification

All payouts and account inquiries are handled exclusively with the registered account holder. Asher's Dream will not discuss account details, commission balances, or payout information with any third party, including but not limited to spouses, family members, or associates. Exceptions are made only upon receipt of valid legal documentation, such as a notarized power of attorney or an official death certificate accompanied by valid estate or probate documentation.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:

Spam or unsolicited mass messaging to promote affiliate links
Misleading, false, or deceptive advertising
Coupon code abuse or unauthorized discount distribution
Self-referrals or fraudulent order generation
Bidding on Asher's Dream branded keywords in paid search advertising

Violations may result in immediate commission forfeiture and permanent account termination.

5. Cookie & Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links with a 30-day cookie duration. Affiliates receive credit for purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking their referral link. Asher's Dream is not responsible for tracking failures caused by customers disabling cookies or using ad blockers.

6. Fraud Protection

Asher's Dream actively monitors for fraudulent activity. Any commissions associated with fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded orders will be reversed. Accounts found engaging in fraud will be permanently banned.

7. Data & Privacy

Your participation in the affiliate program is also governed by our Affiliate Program Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the privacy policy.

8. Program Modifications & Termination

Asher's Dream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Earned and approved commissions at the time of termination will be honored.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from participation in the affiliate program shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Agreement

By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Affiliate Program Privacy Policy.
